BRIC countries

The emerging economies of Brazil, Russia, India and China, or BRIC, have the potential to catch up in the foreseeable future to be the major economic nations of this world.

Their balance sheet is more than impressive. Since 1995, its share of the global trade is now with about 10% more than doubled. Meanwhile, the BRIC countries are responsible for about a quarter of global economic growth. 40% of the world's population currently live in these 4 growing countries. The specific growth prospects of these countries were represented in the study, "Dreaming with BRICs: The path to 2050" first published in 2003 by Goldman Sachs. Goldman Sachs sees just the example of China in the context of urbanization still considerable growth potential - China plans in the next 15 years, the urbanization of 150 million people.

Economists suggest in this context, the greater involvement of Chinese and Indians into the bodies of the G7 countries, particularly in the light of the significant influence of the BRIC countries to the global ¬ creased overall stability. Different cultures hold differing views of corporate governance and economic management, which it is to vote.
